You Use External CSS with Your Web Site Design?
Two of the most important reasons to use External CSS within
your website design are that your pages will load faster because
browsers will not have to read redundant HTML source code. And
basic cosmetic site maintenance (such as changing font colors/size,
borders, backgrounds, and padding) on every page is outrageously
easy and faster than you could ever imagine. When you use external
CSS (cascading style sheets) to control the basic cosmetics
of your web site, you need only to edit these cosmetic properties
in one file to update ALL of your sites pages. This can be done
